The incident occurred at the edge of four thirty in the morning of Saturday, at the corner of seventeen with the tenth race. Rojas
ustat driving a Toyota vehicle along the so-called extra in La Guajira "Copetranas" and enfilar from the tenth to take race into the street seventeen, collided with the car, losing control of his motor producing a series of collisions, v a tree, a high floor and making several turns and killing him immediately
The deceased had 37 years of age, was the father of three children and brother of the candidate for mayor of Maicao ustat Aldrin Quintana, lay in the street 13 between races 23 and 24 in the neighborhood of El Carmen de Maicao.
